If you find the exact order (including shipping) for a lower published price within thirty (30) days from the delivery date of your Bird Shed purchase, simply email The Bird Shed with the link to the lower priced item(s) and The Bird Shed will refund 110% the difference back to you. If you found a lower price prior to your purchase, please put the link to the competitor's product page in the comments section of the order form and The Bird Shed will refund 110% of the difference back to you.
Example 1: If your order totals $19.00 plus shipping of $7.95 for a total of $27.95 and your Bird Shed order totals $20.00 for the same items, plus shipping of $6.95 for an order total of $26.95 no refund is given because the total amount of the competitor purchase is $1.00 greater than The Bird Shed.
Example 2: If your order from The Bird Shed is for $79.95 plus shipping of $6.95 for a total price of $86.90 and a competitor has the same item for $74.95 plus shipping of $9.95 for a total price of $84.90 The Bird Shed will credit your account $2.20.

The Bird Shed stands behind all of its products with a 100% Satisfaction/30-day money back guarantee.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your product just email returns@thebirdshed.com within 30 days of the delivery of your product, for an RMA number. Please include the original order number, what you are returning, the reason for the return & your name on the email.
Shipping charges will not be credited on refused orders and orders with bad or incorrect addresses, additionally the customer will incur all shipping charges, even if the order was sent out with free shipping.
Actual outbound (from The Bird Shed to the customer) shipping charges will not be credited on any returned item or items, this includes, customers that purchased an item or items with a free shipping offer, or The Bird Shed Special Shipping offer.
Example 1: If you return an order that totaled $112.95 and the shipping cost to you is $0.00, but the actual UPS or USPS shipping charges incurred by The Bird Shed was $12.95, you will be credited $100.00.
Example 2: If you return an order that totaled $47.95 and the shipping cost to you is $6.95, but the actual UPS or USPS shipping charges incurred by The Bird Shed was $7.95, you will be credited $40.00.
The Bird Shed does not credit freight for returns from a customer to The Bird Shed.
To ensure proper credit (minus the shipping cost) for your return:
Please over-pack all manufacturers boxes
Must be returned in resalable condition in the original manufacturers packaging.
RMA number must appear on the return-shipping label.
RMA numbers are valid for 7 business days.

THE BIRD SHED AIR SHIPMENTS:
The Bird Shed uses UPS for all air shipments, UPS calculates shipping charges based on weight and destination, The Bird Shed charges actual UPS rates, The Bird Shed does not mark-up shipping cost.
ALL SHIPPING SERVICES ARE CALCULATED USING BUSINESS DAYS.
Examples:
An order with a service of "UPS Next Day Air Saver" that is placed on a Friday after 12:00 pm will not ship until Monday of the following week and will not be delivered until Tuesday.
An order with a service of "Second Day Air" that is placed on a Friday after 12:00 pm will not ship until Monday of the Following week and will not be delivered until Wednesday.
An order with a service of "3 Day Select" that is placed on a Friday after 12:00 pm will not ship until Monday of the next week and will not be delivered until Thursday.
The following days are UPS shipping holidays and therefore not considered business days:

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS/REDIRECTION:
In the event that an address was entered incorrectly or you wish to redirect
a package The Bird Shed will be more than happy to assist you.
Packages sent through the US Postal system cannot be redirected.
Packages sent via UPS or FEDEX can be redirected but are subject to a redirect
charge, currently that charge is $10.00 per box.

During the checkout process The Bird Shed asks for the Shipping
information first ,so that on the rare occasion when The Bird Shed charges
actual shipping, the proper shipping charges can be calculated on the Billing
